Please see below for information pertaining to refunds, deposits, delivery time of results, holiday schedule and COVID-19 updates.
Refunds
Sales on all pending and completed tests are final.
There are no refunds on deposits or tests.
Deposits
Payment in full, or a deposit of $500, is required to book an appointment for a Prenatal DNA Test. The remaining balance is due once the results of the test are available.
Delivery of Results
Turnaround times are not guaranteed. A variety of issues, including but not limited to low fetal DNA, test submission time, weather conditions, shipping delays and holidays, etc., may create unplanned delays.
A low-level detection of DNA may require additional testing, which will in turn, delay delivery of results. If this happens in your case, you will be called back into the lab for additional testing at no additional cost.

COVID-19 Update
Due to COVID-19, clients are required to wear face masks in our facility.

The Denver DNA Center appointment hours are subject to change due to COVID-19 precautions. Our office staff will contact you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm your availability for testing.
